Tom Tailor Group is realigning the management of its subsidiary, Bonita. Effective November 1, 2015, Doris Strätker will support the products department in an advisory role, while Klaus Friedrich will become Managing Director Operation. The current Managing Director of Bonita, Udo Greiser, who joined in Tom Tailor as chief product officer in 2012, will leave the company at the beginning of 2016.

“With Doris Strätker and Klaus Friedrich, we have found two outstanding managers for our Best Ager activities. Both enjoy an excellent reputation in the sector. I am confident that they will develop the Bonita brand further and lead the way to future success as they capitalize on their extensive experience and their expertise about the Best Ager target groups,” said Dieter Holzer, CEO of Tom Tailo Holding.

As a member of the Management Board of Gerry Weber International from 2008 to 2013, Strätker gained extensive experience in the modern woman segment. Before that, Strätker was the head of purchasing for women's apparel with SinnLeffers. She began her career with Kaufh of Warenhaus.

As Managing Director Operation Friedrich will take over Bonita's operational activities. He will be responsible for the central management of both the distribution lines - retail and vertical wholesale. He has considerable experience in sales and purchasing which he gained in more than 40 years working primarily with fashion companies with an international focus. Friedrich worked with Gerry Weber International from 2009 to 2015, most recently as senior manager for retail and wholesale, where he managed several international market launches.

As a member of the Management of Peek & Cloppenburg Düsseldorf KG, he was in charge of purchasing for women's ready-to-wear apparel for the company's foreign stores from 2005 to 2008. Before that, he served as the managing director of Klaus Steilmann. From 1998 to 2002, he was board member responsible for purchasing, sales and marketing with SinnLeffers AG.
