Marco Viganò is the new CEO of Jil Sander
Marco Viganò is the new CEO of Jil Sander. The manager takes on the role this Tuesday and reports directly to Otb Group CEO Ubaldo Minelli. Minelli led Jil Sander on an interim basis during the transition period (Serge Brunschwig left the company on July 31, 2025, for personal reasons).

“Jil Sander is a brand with a creative heritage and a distinctive identity that make it unique in the global luxury landscape. Marco Viganò's experience and his knowledge of international markets will contribute to its growth path, supporting its development and further strengthening its positioning,” Ubaldo Minelli, CEO of Otb Group, said in a statement.
Marco Viganò has extensive international experience in the luxury sector. Before joining Jil Sander, he held the position of global chief client officer and president Emea at Moncler. There, he led client development and customer experience strategies, aiming to strengthen the relationship between the brand and its international clientele.
Throughout his career, the manager has taken on roles of increasing responsibility at some of the most prestigious international luxury companies. He has held commercial and operational leadership positions, including chief commercial officer at Audemars Piguet and chief operating officer at Saint Laurent. He has also held positions at Louis Vuitton, Gucci and L'Oréal, developing an international career path across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Russia, complemented by his experience at McKinsey & Company.
Viganò holds a degree in Business and Economics from the Catholic University of Milan.
