Industry veteran Martha Olson has been tapped to join the board of directors at Naked, where she is set to advise the global lifestyle label on category expansion and growth. In relation to the new appointment, Alex McAulay has resigned as a director of the company.

Olson brings with her over 30 years of experience in the industry and has been credited for spearheading the expansion push at Calvin Klein Underwear Global when she was Group President. "I am honored to join the Naked board and work with this truly exceptional team led by Carole Hochman," commented Olson on her new role.

"Based on my experience at Calvin Klein, Warnaco and in the global underwear industry, I see enormous opportunities for the Naked brand. I look forward to sharing my experiences and contributing to the future direction and success of this exciting brand."

"Martha’s distinguished global expertise in fashion and consumer lifestyle brands, her inspiring leadership, and passion for the industry are powerful additions to Naked’s Board," added Carole Hochman, CEO and Chief Creative Officer of Naked. "We are so excited to start working with her closely and benefiting from her unique talents."

Naked was first established in 2010 by Joel Primus in Vancouver and since then has been expanding its range to become a global lifestyle brand for luxurious loungewear, sleepwear, and underwear for men and is set to launch it's women's intimate apparel, sleepwear and loungewear later this year.
