Quiz appoints Natasha Staddon as Ethical Compliance Manager

Quiz has appointed Natasha Staddon as Ethical Compliance Manager. The company said, in her new role, she will oversee the Quiz’s sustainable supply chain and responsible sourcing strategies.
Commenting on the new appointment, Sheraz Ramzan, Chief Commercial Officer at Quiz said in a statement: “Our test and repeat business model and ability to design the latest looks in house are core to what we do, but with this comes a duty to ensure our products are sourced and manufactured responsibly. Natasha’s expertise and experience will help us further strengthen our partnerships worldwide.”
Staddon join Quiz with over 20 years of experience developing fashion businesses, with focus on cultivating ethical and sustainable trade. She previously held the role of ethical trade coordinator at Primark. The company added that Staddon will work closely with Quiz’s suppliers to ensure that all partners adhere to the company’s ethical code of practice and that the rights of all workers are protected at every stage of the production process.
“Working within a business with established ethics at its core is a professional prerequisite for me. Joining Quiz, it is apparent that their work with suppliers has developed long-lasting relationships, which are based on mutual trust and expertise. I am passionate about ensuring that these international standards are maintained throughout their global supply chain,” added Staddon.
