Tailored Brands, Inc. announced a series of senior leadership changes aimed at strengthening its financial and operational foundation as the company positions itself for continued growth. The retailer has appointed Mike Baughn as executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective December 1, 2025. The company also promoted Karla Gray to executive vice president and chief operating officer, expanding her responsibilities beyond Stores, real estate and the customer contact center to now include supply chain and technology.

Baughn brings nearly two decades of retail finance experience, most recently serving as CFO of Foot Locker, Inc., where he played a key role in steering the multinational retailer and supporting its successful combination with Dick’s Sporting Goods. He previously spent 15 years at Kohl’s Corporation in a range of finance and treasury leadership roles. “I am thrilled about joining Tailored Brands at such an exciting time,” Baughn said, adding that the company’s strong fundamentals and deeply rooted values were central to his decision. “I am ready to become a part of this dynamic organization and its forward momentum.”

Gray joined Tailored Brands in 2021 after holding senior leadership roles at Nike, where she served as VP and GM of North American factory stores. “This is an exciting time for the Company,” she said, noting that Tailored Brands has significant opportunities to drive greater efficiency and growth.

CEO John Tighe said the leadership changes underscore the company’s commitment to strengthening both financial discipline and operational excellence. “In Mike we have found someone who not only brings an extraordinary background to be our next CFO, but who is a strong reflection of our Company’s values,” he said. Tighe added that Gray’s expanded remit positions her to help lead Tailored Brands into its next phase as the company opens new stores and advances its long-term growth strategy.
