The American Apparel & Footwear Association’s AAFA Executive Summit returns to Washington, D.C. on March 5-7, 2025, to address the pivotal issues impacting the industry’s responsible growth and sustainable progress.

In today’s rapidly evolving business landscape, Trust and Transformation are not just buzzwords – they are the foundations for sustained success. The AAFA Executive Summit will explore how building trust can drive innovation, accelerate growth, and lead meaningful change.

Keynote Announcement - Paul Ryan

Gray Swans, Green Regulations, Red and Blue Political Views – the Honorable Paul Ryan will join as a marquee speaker. The author of the last major tax code rewrite, Paul will bring insights on the “behind the scenes” talks as Congress tackles a major update to the income tax code. He will also draw upon his experience as former House Ways and Means Committee Chair, Speaker of the House, and Vice-Presidential candidate to share perspectives on what it takes to lead in D.C. and what is necessary to achieve bipartisan collaboration during uncertain political times.
