Armani acquisition unlikely for Prada Group, says CEO Andrea Guerra

The Armani Group does not appear to be in Prada's future. “I don't think it will happen,” said Andrea Guerra, chief executive officer of the Prada Group, yesterday during a conference call with analysts for the presentation of data for the first nine months of 2025. Guerra was responding to a question about whether the group might enter the deal to acquire Giorgio Armani, prompted by partner L'Oreal.
