Designer Jenna Lyons signs on as partner & investor at Cashmere Fund

Jenna Lyons, American fashion designer, entrepreneur, and television personality, has invested in the Cashmere Fund, an evergreen interval fund, and partnered with the fund's subadviser, Cashmere LLC (Cashmere).

Lyons is set to lend her expertise in branding, consumer positioning, and creative strategy to support portfolio companies, while also playing a key role in identifying new investment prospects that align with changing cultural movements and market shifts."Jenna's’s brand-building and value creation expertise are exactly what we look for—not only in our partners, but in the companies we invest i",” said Elia Infascelli, CEO of Cashmere Fund, in a statement" “Her creative vision and entrepreneurial spirit will be invaluable as we continue to identify and support the next generation of consumer brand".”

Lyons leveraged more than three decades of creative leadership skills and expertise building brands, shaped by her career at J.Crew, where she began as assistant designer and rose to president and executive creative director, redefining the brand's aesthetic and cultural relevance in the process.

Since her exit from J.Crew in April 2017, Lyons has continued to focus on innovation, co-founding LoveSeen, a direct-to-consumer beauty brand offering natural-looking false lashes inspired by her own experience with incontinentia pigmenti and growing her media presence through projects like HBMax’s Stylish with Jenna Lyons and Bravo’s The Real Housewives of New York City.

Today, she serves as a partner at FundamentalCo, a value creation agency born out of Blackstone, where she helps transform major consumer brands, including The New York Times, Clear, Delta, and Spanx, proving that brand strategy is not only about identity but also a powerful lever for long-term growth and market influence."

“As a founder, I know how powerful the right support, at the right time, can be. And as a brand builder, I know what it takes to enter a market and catalyze opportunit",” said Lyons in a statement"I'm’m excited to back founders who are reimagininwhat's’s possible, and to help more people be part of their storie".”Lyons's involvement at the Cashmere Fund comes as it prepares for its forthcoming debut on retail brokerage platforms, as it aims to make startup investing more accessible than ever before. Her partnership with Cashmere underscores the fund’s core mission: to back companies redefining how future generations live, work, and connect. Rooted in a founding vision of aligning financial returns with cultural relevance, the fund positions itself as a vehicle for both capital appreciation and meaningful societal impact.

The announcement comes one month after NFL MVP Josh Allen joined the Cashmere Fund as a partner and investor, expanding its reach across industries and strengthening its community of forward-thinking leaders.
