Stitch Fix debuts Holiday Party Hotline

Personal styling platform Stitch Fix has debuted a special hotline to serve its customers in the run-up to the holiday season. The new Holiday Pary Hotline offers personalized holiday styling tips directly from a Stitch Fix stylist, who also answers all potential questions.

Launched just in time for the holiday season, shoppers can now call or text 415-949-1002 with any dressing queries and receive personalized, custom answers via text within 24 business hours.

Once shoppers have contacted the new Holiday Party Hotline, they will also receive a text message confirming receipt of their questions.

In addition to helping shoppers find the right outfit for their upcoming festivities, Stitch Fix is also gifting a credit promo of 100 US dollars to the first 100 eligible hotline callers, which can be used to secure the perfect holiday outfit.

The styling platform is also providing expedited shipping for those in need. All shoppers need to do to be eligible is to request SOS Holiday Party Fix in their Stitch Fix notes, and the order will be sent with expedited shipping.

The Holiday Party Hotline is set to run until December 15. The new seasonal initiative comes three months after the personal styling platform confirmed its departure from the UK market, following significant impacts from the current macroeconomic climate.
