Los Angeles - Known for their chic womenswear, Canadian brand Aritzia is planning for a new flagship in SoCal. Finally planting its roots in the Los Angeles area, this boutique will serve as the brand’s first in the local area.
The new store is set to open at the Westfield Century City plaza in November. The complex is currently undergoing an 800 million dollar renovation, which will include fresh new eateries as well as a Nordstrom location. Although an official opening date is not yet set for the boutique, the company did disclose to WWD that it has signed a lease confirming the opening. The decor will reflect a loft with a feminine style in mind. Similar interior designs have been implemented at Aritzia’s other locations currently in New York and Montreal. This design aligns well with the brand’s clothing, which offers stylish women’s clothing retailing up to 375 dollars.
The company, which currently employs 1001-5000 people, has approximately 17 operating locations in the U.S. These flagships include locations in San Francisco, Chicago, Boston, New York City, and Portland. Outside of the country, Aritzia also has locations spread across its native country in Canada. In total, the brand has over 70 locations and is also widely popular through its e-commerce site.
