Boston-based retail brand and concept store CNCPTS has expanded its retail footprint to Miami, Florida. Opening its latest brick-and-mortar store in the city’s Design District area, the new store spans more than 10,000 square feet across two floors and features the brand’s immersive retail concept.

The new CNCPTS store is situated by the entrance of the Miami Design District, off NE Second Ave and NE 38th Street, and features a blend of industrial materials throughout to offer customers a unique retail experience like no other in the neighborhood.

“This city feels like a natural progression for us. Miami's creative energy, cultural diversity, and unique take on fashion perfectly align with what CNCPTS stands for,” said Tarek Hassan, founder and CEO of CNCPTS, in a statement. “We’re happy to introduce our retail concept to this dynamic community and look forward to building meaningful connections here.”

Alex Dimas from Montreal-based Di. Studio Design helped conceptualize the new store’s layout and design, merging CNCPTS' signature streetwear vibe with modern architectural touches. The store space features custom furnishings and interactive displays that create an immersive shopping experience. Distinct zones lead visitors through exclusive collections, combining raw and refined materials to reflect the district's forward-thinking energy and CNCPTS' streetwear ethos.

The store’s first floor includes CNCPTS’ footwear, eyewear, and accessories offerings, as well as a dedicated room that features the latest releases from CNCPTS’ private label line, unique to the Miami store. The second floor is home to a curated collection of women’s designer apparel, accessories, and footwear, including brands such as Marni, Ganni, Junya Watanabe, Maison Margiela, Ottolinger, and Miami-based Carnan exclusively in the Miami location. In addition, it also features an outdoor courtyard to host private events and gatherings.

“Miami has an energy unlike any other city, and we’ve designed this space to reflect that,” said Deon Point, creative director of CNCPTS, in a statement. “Every detail of the store, from the product curation to the design elements, was chosen to resonate with the spirit of the city, while staying true to the storytelling and style that CNCPTS is known for.”

Founded in 1996 by Tarek Hassan in Cambridge, Massachusetts, CNCPTS counts flagship stores in Boston, New York, and Dubai. Known for its iconic collaborations, such as Nike SB’s “Lobster” series and New Balance’s 999 “Kennedy,” CNCPTS continues to redefine retail by merging fashion, art, and community under Hassan and Point's guidance.
