Frank & Oak is expanding its business to include women's wear. The Montreal-based men's wear brand will be introducing a women's collection this September. The line will retail from 50 dollars to 165 dollars and will include tops, bottoms, dresses, outwear, and accessories.

The brand, which is targeted towards creative millennial types, says that their client base already includes women.

“When we look at the female audience, we aren’t looking at the girlfriend of someone who is already buying from us,” Ethan Song, CO-founder and CEO, said to WWD. “We are looking at a certain lifestyle and trying to figure out how do we create functional products for them.”

Rather than following the men's concept for the brand where a new collection is released every month, the women's line will have seasonal roll outs.

Currently, Frank & Oak operates 13 stores in Canada, but the women's line will only be available online at first.

Recently, the company updated their brand image, launched an app, updated their website, and updated their store design. They also launched a two hour delivery window in some markets, and made their styling service available 24/7.

The company has also partnered with property management firm Cadillac Fairview to open two concept Frank & Oak mall locations in spring 2016. The first site, measuring 3200 square feet, opened last May at CF Carrefour Laval, just north of Montreal. A second 230-square-foot location opened this spring at Toronto's Sherway Gardens. A third location will open at the Rideau Center in Ottawa later this summer
