H&M's online shopping makeover

Swedish fast-fashion giant, H&M is stepping up its online shopping game for US customers. The e-commerce makeover comes just weeks after H&M was ranked as the most popular online fashion retailer in a internet data search conducted by SEMrush.
Notable changes for the US shopping experience includes a ‘visual search’ feature which allows shoppers to search for items sold at H&M by uploading a photo, either by taking one themselves of a style the like, or from any social media outlet. Another new feature, ‘scan and find’ lets in-store shoppers scan the price tag of any item in the store to check for size or color availability in another H&M location near them. Also worth noting is the ‘rate and review’ function, which shows both in-store and online shoppers reviews on individual products listed by other customers.
H&M has now joined the growing list of e-tailers with a lookbook feature for shoppers as well. The ‘inspiration gallery’ showcases pictures of fans around the world wearing H&M pieces submitted via social media using the hashtag #HMxME.
