Saks Global introduces new incentives for top sellers

Luxury retail group Saks Global is set to debut a new incentives programme for its top sellers at both its Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus locations. The ‘Seller Success Track Programme’ is described by the retailer as a “reimagined approach” to empowering its most impactful selling associates, supporting their "individual businesses”.
First introduced in a partial capacity next month, the programme will ultimately see a full roll-out in 2026, building on the company’s wider mission of redefining luxury shopping. It will focus on two types of selling associates: ‘Stylists’ that dress clients head-to-toe and ‘Sellers’, experts in specific merchandise areas.
Once an individual meets one million dollars in annual sales, they will be submitted to the programme, initially with an ‘Emerging’ title. This will be updated to a ‘Master’ title once they hit seven million dollars in annual sales. Participants in the programme will be able to unlock new opportunities at each level, such as a personal assistant, a budget to travel with their clients and new customer acquisition support.
A new addition to the roster is the inclusion of the freshly introduced ‘Global Stylist’ position. Their role will expand beyond store boundaries, allowing them to serve clients across all of Saks Global’s luxury retail brands and physical locations.
Speaking on the new programme, Emily Essner, president and chief commercial officer of Saks Global, said: "Our sellers are the heart of our customer relationships and the foundation on which our business is built. By creating a programme that fosters their growth through a personalised development journey, we're investing in their individual success. Through this programme, we have created a distinctive offering that sets a new standard in luxury selling and reinforces Saks Global's leadership position in the industry.”
