Visit Savannah, the tourism and marketing organization for Savannah, Georgia, and the Chatham County area, has partnered with New York-based fashion brand LoveShackFancy to develop and launch a limited-edition capsule collection.
Exclusively available at Saks Fifth Avenue, the collection is described as a celebration of the “shared spirit of style, charm, and discovery” of Savannah, LoveShackFancy, and Saks Fifth Avenue. Savannah’s influence is woven throughout the collection, with custom fabric names like “Hidden Garden,” inspired by the city’s tucked-away, coveted courtyards, and “Taylor Square,” a nod to one of Savannah’s 23 historic squares.
The collection was unveiled during an exclusive event earlier this week at L’Avenue at Saks, where three featured speakers showcased Savannah’s cultural impact on fashion, hospitality, and cuisine, elements that inspired the design of the collection.
An innovative approach to marketing, the collaborative collection underlines Visit Savannah’s strategy of using creative, hands-on experiences to promote tourism to the area. The new initiative also builds on the successful ‘Surprisingly Savannah’ Mobile Tour, which brought interactive destination experiences to 17 cities nationwide.
“This collaboration is more than a fashion moment—it’s a destination branding milestone,” said Angela Westerfield, Chief Marketing Officer at Visit Savannah, in a statement. “By aligning with LoveShackFancy and Saks Fifth Avenue, we’re meeting travelers where passion and inspiration intersect.”
“Today’s consumers seek experiences that are both visually driven and emotionally resonant. This collaboration not only elevates Savannah’s image through style and storytelling—it deepens visitor engagement by inviting travelers to connect with our destination in a personal, memorable, and truly immersive way.”
The new collection aims to mix resort fashion with the classic elegance Savannah is attributed with, capturing the essence of “aesthetic travel,” while offering a “a stylish and strategic invitation to visit Savannah,” according to a press release. Savannah remains a leading US travel destination, recognized by Travel + Leisure and Condé Nast Traveler. In 2024, the city attracted 12.9 million visitors and generated a record 6.3 billion dollars in economic impact, according to Tourism Economics.
The LoveShackFancy/Visit Savannah collection is now available at Saks.com and select Saks Fifth Avenue locations.
