Toronto-based fashion brand Rebalance has launched its debut knitwear offering today, October 3, the Everyday Knit, made from traceable alpaca yarn.

The launch sees the brand expand its Everyday Line range to include knitwear for women for the first time. The Everyday Knit is inspired by vintage knitwear and created with durability, simplicity, and comfort in mind. The sweater has a subtle boxy shape, created with versatile day wear in mind, and is available in a light grey to suit most wardrobes.

The Everyday Knit is made in Peru at a family-owned facility that leverages more than 30 years of experience. Made from traceable alpaca yarn, a natural fiber that is known for its softness, warmth, and durability, the yarn is renewable and biodegradable, with less of an impact on the environment. Rebalance will produce the Everyday Knit in small batch production to ensure no unnecessary waste.

Founded by partners Madeleine Kalisz and Isabel Kamin in 2020, Rebalance is known for its carefully sourced and curated offering of vintage and sustainable fashion pieces. First starting with the founder selling their personal vintage collection items, Rebalance has since grown into a fully-fledged fashion brand focused on circular fashion practices and gained a loyal following that includes the likes of Justin Bieber, Hailey Bieber, Tate McRae, and Austin Butler.

Each vintage item is selected through a detailed process to ensure collections meet standards for fit and style. Rebalance’s own collection is made from recycled, sustainable, reworked, and deadstock materials in small batches.
