Canadian women's fashion retailer Aritzia has opened its first store in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, as the retailer continues to expand across the country.

Located in the city center, at 1725 Walnut Street, the store officially opened its doors to the public on February 20.

The new store interior includes marble and wire-wheeled white oak floor fixtures, textured brick arches, and hand-selected artwork. 20th-century European furniture and an elevated lounging area complete the store, offering a unique shopping experience.

Best known for its wardrobe essentials, Artizia offers a range of brands in its Philadelphia store, including Babaton, Golden, Wilfred Free, Sunday Best, Citizens of Humanity, and New Balance.

The store opening in Philadelphia comes as Aritzia has purposefully increased its store presence, focusing especially on the United States, where it identifies substantial growth opportunities.

As part of its strategy to strengthen its foothold in the US market, Artizia also opened a new flagship location in SoHo, New York City, in November 2024.
