Aventura Mall voted 'Best Mall' by USA Today's 10Best Readers' Choice Awards

Aventura Mall, located in Miami-Dade, Florida, has been voted the ‘Best Mall’ in America by USA Today’s 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards. The recognition further cements Aventura Mall’s position as one of the leading shopping centers in South Florida and nationwide.

The 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards, which spotlight excellence in travel and lifestyle across the United States, includes nominees that are selected by a panel of experts and then ranked based on votes from the public. Aventura Mall was one of 20 shopping malls chosen this year nationwide and the only South Florida mall to be nominated.

Aventura Mall’s growing appeal is partly due to its goal of reflecting cultural and retail trends. As retailers and brands alike revisit their retail expansion strategies, Aventura Mall has established itself as a key first-to-market destination, introducing national newcomers like Massimo Dutti and marking Florida debuts for SKIMS, Eataly, and Rivian, reflecting a wider consumer pivot toward innovation and experiential retail.

Ideally located between Fort Lauderdale and Miami, Aventura Mall is host to a diverse, global audience, which ranges from Gen Z, Millennials, and Boomer locals to international and national tourists. The shopping mall features over 300 retailers, in addition to more than 50 cafes and restaurants, and a signature cultural program, including the Arts Aventura Mall Collection.

Aventura Mall’s latest recognition underscores a period of ongoing growth, driven by a surge of first-to-Florida openings and marquee brand arrivals, including the upcoming debut of Tecovas, which will open its store featuring artisanal Western boots and leather goods, the first in the region, on June 13.
