Burlington continues roll-out of nationwide store refresh

Off-price retailer Burlington Stores, Inc. is continuing its rollout of its refreshed in-store retail experience.
The new and enhanced retail experience includes a new store layout that is designed to improve the shopping experience, with thoughtfully organized aisles and a more open layout to make it easier for customers to find their favorite brands. The refresh also includes new signage to showcase the latest trends.
“At Burlington shoppers already know that they can find the very best values on branded apparel, footwear, beauty, accessories and home fashions, but now, our newly reimagined store layout makes their shopping experience easier, more exciting and more enjoyable,” said Michael O’Sullivan, CEO of Burlington Stores, in a statement. “Feedback from customers has been overwhelmingly positive – they love finding great deals and they love shopping at our newly redesigned stores.”
The store refresh, which is being carried out nationwide, is part of the retailer’s broader long-term strategy to remain up to date with the latest retail trends, while delivering an inspiring, convenient, and inspirational shopping experience to its customers.
Over half of Burlington’s 1,115 stores have already been refreshed, and all future new stores will offer the updated branding and smaller, more efficient layout, with plans to update the remaining stores by the end of 2026.
To celebrate the retail refresh, Burlington will be hosting special events across 21 markets, including Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, and Tampa, from August 15 to 17, with sweepstakes, giveaways, and more. Customers can register in-store to win a 10,000 USD grand prize or a 250 USD gift card, with the first 100 customers visiting each day at participating stores receiving a 5 USD bonus card.
