JW PEI opens first pop-up store in NYC & debuts ready-to-wear line

Los Angeles-based fashion brand JW PEI has opened its first-ever pop-up store in New York City.

Located at 42 Crosby Street in Soho, the pop-up opens on June 6 and marks the brand’s retail debut in New York City as well as the official launch of its first-ever ready-to-wear collection. 

Inspired by spring’s natural renewal, JW PEI’s first-ever ready-to-wear Spring/Summer 2025 collection features floral gowns, faux-suede separates, and mesh-print silhouettes with additional touches, like 3D appliqué and fine embroidery.

The debut Spring/Summer 2025 RTW collection will be available alongside the brand’s signature handbags and footwear, all of which will be displayed in a tactile, immersive pop-up retail experience designed to invite customers to come and try on and shop the collection first-hand in person.

Throughout the season, JW PEI’s NYC store will be the exclusive source for limited-edition releases and special colorways, with launch details announced across JW PEI’s social platforms.

Founded in 2018 by Yang Pei and Stephanie Li, the Los Angeles–based label began as a contemporary accessories brand grounded in the belief that fashion should be effortless, inclusive, and empowering. 

Today, the brand is known for its innovative use of vegan materials, including canvas and fabrics derived from recycled plastic bottles. It is favored by celebrities such as Hailey Bieber, Gigi Hadid, Megan Fox, and Selena Gomez.
