Nordstrom Rack to open new location in Franklin, Tennesee

Nordstrom Rack is set to open its fifth location in Tennessee next fall. Located in Franklin, the new store opening sees the Seattle-based fashion retailer Nordstrom strengthen its presence in the state.

"We look forward to being a part of the Franklin community and serving our customers with an amazing offering of great brands at great prices," said Gemma Lionello, president of Nordstrom Rack stores, in a statement. "We're excited to grow our footprint in the region and introduce new customers to the Nordstrom experience."

The new 24,000-square-foot store will open in Cools Springs Market, a key shopping center and offer all of the retailer's shopping services, including online order pick-up from Nordstrom Rack and Nordstrom.

Following the opening of the new Nordstrom Rack store in fall 2024, Nordstrom will operate a total of our Nordstrom Rack stores and one Nordstrom store in Tennessee, generating nearly 500 jobs statewide.

As the off-price retail division of Nordstrom, Inc, the chain is an integral part of the company's Closer to You strategy which aims on offering its customers a more seamless and convenient shopping experience across its physical and digital stores. The company currently operates a total of 359 Nordstrom & Nordstrom Rack stores across the country.
