Primark to open second location in Texas

Value fashion and homeware retailer Primark is set to open its second store in Texas next month. Located at Cielo Vista in El Paso, the store will open its doors to the public on September 4. 

The new store opening comes nine months after Primark opened its debut store in the state in McAllen, last December, and comes ahead of store openings in Hurst and Houston. Measuring more than 40,000 square feet, the new Primark store will offer the retailer’s newest assortments of apparel, accessories, beauty, footwear, and selected homeware. 

“We launched our Texas presence with the opening of our McAllen store in December 2024, and the response confirmed what we believed. There’s a strong appetite for Primark’s unique mix of style and value in the Southern US,” said Kevin Tulip, President of Primark US, in a statement. “We’re ready and eager to continue to expand across Texas, connecting even more families and fashion lovers with the ‘Primania’ experience.”

To mark the opening of its newest store, Primark will host a range of events starting September 4, including live music from a local DJ, giveaways, complimentary treats, and more.
