Zappos.com re-opens its only physical outlet store in Louisville

Zappos, online footwear and apparel retailer, has re-opened its first and only physical outle store in Louisville, Kentucky.

Known as the Outlet Powered by Zappos, the re-opening of the outlet store located at 9101 Minor Lane, sees Zappos continue to expand its presence online and offline while offering a leading shopping experience for its customers. Re-opening on November 7, the outlet store features a wide assortment of footwear, apparel, and accessories. 

"Zappos is always on the lookout for new ways to evolve and grow while ensuring the best service and experience for our customers," said Joe Cano, chief merchandising and marketing officer at Zappos.com, in a statement. "In achieving those goals, we keep a close ear to our customers' feedback. They've been wanting The Outlet to re-open its doors—and we're thrilled to be serving them here again!"

To mark the outlet's reopening, the physical store will also be selling pre-built footwear pallets for the first time. In addition, customers who visit the outlet between November 7 and 8 will receive 30 percent off their entire purchase.
